chopped broccoli

jalapeno chopped - remove seeds if desired

green onions diced

fat free cream cheese, sour cream, or silken tofu

Broccomole Dip Directions
Boil water, add sea salt and broccoli - cook until very soft and drain
Place broccoli in food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth creamy texture
Add additional olive oil for smoother dip
Serve warm or cold in a bowl with celery, sliced bell pepper or other assorted vegetables on the side
